Ashley Shaw is a Texas-licensed attorney who helps families and ministries navigate important legal decisions with clarity and confidence. Her practice focuses on estate planning—drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney—and on guiding nonprofit organizations through incorporation and 501(c)(3) approval.

Before starting her law practice, Ashley spent over 15 years working with nonprofit ministries, giving her a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges these organizations face. She earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and now lives in Colorado, where she serves Texas clients remotely.

When she’s not practicing law, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
